Athletes/Advocates Being Leaders Everywhere
PROJECT A.B.L.E (Athletes/Advocates Being Leaders Everywhere) is a Substance Prevention Program. Student Athletes and Advocates in Grades 9th- 12th are recommended by their Coaches, Instrumental Director, and/or Choral Director. Paulsboro High School has been facilitating the Project A.B.L.E. Program for over 19 years. Twice a month, these Student/Athletes and Advocates are trained in a Lesson from the Princeton Health Press, Evidence-Based "Botvin LifeSkills Training (LST) program, 2023 Drug/Alcohol Curriculum". In groups of eight to ten, these students travel to Loudenslager Elementary School and teach a Substance Use Prevention Lesson to the 6th Grade Students.
